Who we are

A Native-owned water company, built on the belief that water is not a commodity to be extracted — it is a relative to be cared for.

Blue Sovereign Waters will bottle premium spring water on sovereign land and return a fixed share of every dollar earned to communities still living without reliable clean water. The mission is not a campaign attached to the product. It is the reason the company exists.

The Source

The standard we're building to

Blue Sovereign Waters is in development. We are securing a spring and aquifer source in the high desert near Reno, Nevada, and building a small-footprint bottling facility on sovereign land.

How water is drawn matters as much as where it comes from. Below are the commitments we hold ourselves to. We will publish the results against each one — including the full laboratory analysis — before the first bottle is sold.

  • Single sourceOne identified spring and aquifer — never a blended or municipal supply
  • StewardshipWater rights and draw limits held under tribal governance, not a lease that expires
  • Draw limitsExtraction capped at a rate the aquifer can sustain indefinitely
  • TestingIndependent laboratory analysis, published in full rather than summarized
  • PackagingReusable, fully recyclable glass

The Bottles

Made for the table

Three formats in development. Glass, because water should taste of the source and nothing else — and because a bottle worth keeping is a bottle that does not become waste.

500 ml

Still, single serve

The service bottle. Sized for a cover, weighted for the table, and finished with the sovereign eagle mark in relief.

1 Litre

Still, table format

For shared tables, private dining and hospitality service, where one bottle should carry the whole course.

Limited release

Artist editions

Numbered seasonal runs carrying work by Indigenous artists, each release accompanied by the story behind it.

5%of revenue — not profit

The Water Sovereignty Initiative

Every bottle returns water

Nearly half of households on Native American reservations lack reliable clean water or adequate sanitation. We commit a fixed share of revenue — from the first case sold, in profitable years and unprofitable ones alike — to closing that gap.

  • WellsDrilling and rehabilitating wells for households currently hauling water by hand.
  • CatchmentRainwater capture and storage systems for off-grid and rural homes.
  • EducationWater quality testing, training, and youth stewardship programs.

Every project funded will be published on a public dashboard: what was built, where, and what it cost.
